Brief background profile of the President and Founder of SIYCAI,

Engr. Olasoju Samson Abayomi is a seasoned Lecturer, Researcher, Motivational Speaker, Youth Development Expert, Consultant and Entrepreneurial Trainer. He graduated as the best student with a Bachelor Degree, in Agricultural Engineering [B.Eng] in 1998 at the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue state, Nigeria. In 2007, he was also awarded a Master of Science degree,[M.Sc.] in the same field at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo, State, Nigeria. He is currently working on his Ph.D. As a professional teacher, he also possessed Post-Graduate Diploma in Education [PGDE] at Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria. He began his training and career at the National Root Crops Research Institute Umudike, Abia State as a NYSC Research Engineer. He later joined the teaching career at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education Oto/Ijanikin, Lagos in 2001 in other to contribute to the training and development of the youth were his greatest passion lies.

This decision developed him into a lecturer of high repute, intelligent researcher, entrepreneurial trainer and a distinguish speaker at both local and international conferences due to his wealth of experience haven published
widely on agricultural engineering, agriculture, education and other fields in local and international journals/proceedings. His intellectual prowess, wide range networking and very sound passion for the development of young generation above passion for machine, production and engineering system has spurred him to form Support Initiative for Youths and Children Affairs International (SIYCAI).

His deep-down passion for youth development has earned him the post of staff adviser for many students’ associations including ENACTUS, an organization which develops in students, entrepreneurial skills and passion for community development. He is the founder and president of SIYCAI, an organization which deals with all that entails youths and children development and well-being. Through him, some out of school children are back in school, some graduates were able to complete their studies through financial aids granted to them. Without limit, some young entrepreneurs are being assisted to have business breakthrough, medical assistance and other welfare assistance were given to some young people and care givers in hours of needs as his charity contribution to human development. Free counseling service and youth impactful leadership training and mentorship among other development activities are being provided by this great visioner.
